Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage centralized collection operations
• Develop and implement strategies to control delinquency and NPLs
• Ensure achievement of collection targets and reduction in roll-forward rates
• Oversee manpower planning, rostering, and performance management
• Analyze collection reports, data, and portfolio trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Review bucket-wise movements, vintage trends, and promise kept rates
• Refine calling strategies based on data analysis
• Ensure tele-operation works within approved collection policies and code of conduct
