Duties and Responsibilities:

• To prepare / maintain records of cash management salary mandates and bank account reconciliation
• To prepare accurate MIS statements and evaluate monthly account statements
• To ensure reconcilements, daily operations support, customer inquiries, and maintaining record with a good understanding of operational process as per prudential regulations
• To monitor and support customers, convey a professional / knowledgeable and confident demeanor over the phone
• To assist customers regarding cash management services
• To process and maintain records for all accounts as per TAT
• To evaluate / monitor all balances of daily overdrafts
• To address audit comments (internal & external), implement measures to minimize and curtail recurrence
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
• To monitor SWIFT Alliance applications, system behavior and Reverse Proxy Server for smooth processing of SWIFT Traffic
• To perform Message Management by deploying 'Routing' at SWIFT Alliance in accordance with the requirement of internal stakeholders
• To perform review / addition of SWIFT Alliance Queues, Partner and exit points for integration with core banking / back office applications and play a part in necessary UAT prior to deployment of change in a production environment
• To provide understanding and clarity to technology teams for the required development in core banking / back office application to sync them to SWIFT's requirements
• To ensure timely deployment of upcoming SWIFT changes without compromising existing controls
• To ensure that internal controls are exercised to obtain a satisfactory rating from internal / external audits
• To provide assistance to internal customers regarding SWIFT related activities
• To perform archive / backup activities in a timely manner
• To ensure smooth disposal process of SWIFT messages to concerned Branches / Segments
• To prepare and share all internal and external MIS reports
• To resolve audit comments (internal & external) and implement measures to minimize and curtail recurrence
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
