• Step 2: Fee Payment After completing the online form, print the system-generated fee challan. Deposit the required job application processing fee through the designated 1Link service or at any branch of the Bank of Punjab.
• Step 3: Hardcopy Submission Submit a signed hardcopy printout of your online application form along with all necessary attested documents to the Office of Human Resource Department, Room # 12, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore. The required documents include your CNIC, domicile, all educational certificates, and experience certificates. Ensure the fee challan is attached.
• Application Fee Structure:
  • For BPS-17 and Above: Rs. 2000/-
  Please note that applications submitted without the deposited fee challan will not be processed. The deposited amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Application Deadline The closing date for the submission of online applications is 30th October, 2026, during office hours. Printed online applications along with all supporting documents must be submitted in person or via courier by this date. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
