- Experience in leading cross-functional workshops
- Proficiency in FMEA/FMECA for instrumentation failures
- Ability to analyze instrument failure history and trends

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies for critical plant assets
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and operational performance
- Apply the complete RCM methodology, including the seven RCM questions, to identify optimal maintenance tasks
- Conduct RCM, FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis), and criticality assessments for rotating and static equipment
- Develop optimized Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs based on reliability analysis and equipment criticality
- Analyze equipment performance by calculating MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and determining appropriate PM frequencies
- Create and optimize maintenance plans to improve asset reliability while reducing maintenance costs
- Lead cross-functional workshops involving Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Reliability teams
- Apply the seven RCM questions to determine optimal maintenance strategies for instrumentation assets
- Develop and implement reliability strategies to maximize the performance and availability of: Field Instruments, Process Analyzers, Control Valves, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems)
- Conduct FMEA/FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for instrumentation failures and functional degradation
- Analyze instrument failure history, alarm reports, condition monitoring data, and performance trends to improve maintenance effectiveness
- Calculate MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and establish optimized Preventive Maintenance (PM) and calibration frequencies
