• Lead cross-functional workshops involving Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Reliability teams
• Apply the seven RCM questions to determine optimal maintenance strategies for instrumentation assets
• Develop and implement reliability strategies to maximize the performance and availability of: Field Instruments, Process Analyzers, Control Valves, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems)
• Conduct FMEA/FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for instrumentation failures and functional degradation
• Analyze instrument failure history, alarm reports, condition monitoring data, and performance trends to improve maintenance effectiveness
