Inform the Supervisor (PHI) to reorder vaccine supplies at least 02 weeks in advance

Follow strict infection control measures and ensure they are followed by the vaccination program team
Maintain a stock register of vaccines and ensure daily and permanent registers of the EPI program are maintained properly
Collect program data on given templates
Make phone calls to children’s parents/caregivers for follow-up visits
Troubleshoot and support all areas of programmatic work as required
Perform any other task requested by the supervisor (PHI)
