- Responsible for the pick and drop of vaccines from and to the designated health facilities on a daily basis
- Responsible for the provision of EPI services through outreach camps
- Responsible for the correct use and care of all electronic equipment (Android phone, laptop, tabs) and medical supplies used by the team in the program
- Administer the correct vaccines with the correct dosage to children according to EPI protocols
- Follow strict infection control measures and ensure infection control measures are followed by the vaccination program team
- Maintain a stock register of vaccines and ensure the daily register and permanent register of the EPI program are maintained properly
- Collect program data on given templates
- Make phone calls to children’s parents/caregivers for follow-up visits
- Troubleshoot and support all areas of programmatic work as required
- Perform any other task requested by the supervisor
