This submission should be done by post to the following address: Central Testing Services, Office 414, F2, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard, Gulberg-III, Lahore, Pakistan.
- Step 4: Prepare Required Documents Along with the online submitted form, candidates are required to send attested copies of all relevant educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, retirement orders (containing SOS/SOD issued by MS Branch), relevant experience certificates, two recent passport-size photographs, and the original fee challan through courier service or Pakistan Post.
