Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with inspecting and verifying quantities, packaging, quality, and expiration dates of received materials
• Support the issuance of materials to concerned departments as required
• Help in arranging goods according to instructions
• Ensure all materials are handled properly during loading, unloading, and transportation
• Coordinate with the Head of Department for any necessary assistance
• Immediately inform the Manager Store about any discrepancies or relevant store information
• Regularly check lock and key systems to prevent security risks
• Perform all tasks assigned by the manager or Head of Department
