Skills

• Proven ability to lead effective user coordination and stakeholder engagement across diverse functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
• Sound knowledge of user management for core banking applications and systems
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance standards, with a focus on regulatory adherence
• Comprehensive expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including user ID creation, modification, role assignment, access rights administration and deactivation

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely creation, updating, and disabling of User IDs in line with the Bank's IT Security policies, including implementation and compliance with new security policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all ID maintenance requests
• Ensure the application on-boarding process for ID management complies with account and password security standards
• Lead the wing during audits and security assessments
• Correspond effectively with stakeholders and end users on matters related to ID Management
• Provide learning sessions and training for new joiners on user management of different applications
• Conduct regular analysis of ID Management processes and procedures, recommending and implementing adjustments as necessary
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
• Actively participate in daily IT Operations strategic meetings
• Conduct periodic User Rights Assessments in accordance with approved SOPs
• Perform any other assignments as assigned by the supervisor(s)
