• Job Title: Wing Head - Leadership Development (VP/SVP)
• Location: Karachi, Pakistan
• Key Responsibilities: Spearheading leadership programs, talent management, and fostering high performance.
• Required Experience: Minimum 08 years in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Human Resources.
• Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized institution; Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
• Key Skills: Leadership program expertise, trend analysis, interpersonal skills, MS Office proficiency.
• Contractual Basis: Three-year contract, renewable at the Management's discretion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiate and lead various leadership programs aligned with the bank's overall business strategy
• Propose and assess leadership programs, making recommendations accordingly
• Prepare in-house development programs, collaborating with external vendors for outsourced training
• Consistently evaluate course materials to ensure relevance and currency with the latest trends
• Ensure the bank's leadership development initiatives are in line with the latest market trends
• Collaborate with Group Chiefs and Managers to develop programs that enhance leadership attributes
• Devise long-term strategies and understand the traits of strong leaders
• Develop competency-based assessment centers to evaluate potential and skill sets of identified employees for leadership programs
• Establish an effective and robust development plan for successors identified in succession planning
• Prepare an effective development plan for high-potential and critical staff
• Communicate development initiatives to internal stakeholders
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to identify and deliver programs and solutions that build capability and talent for performance and succession across all levels
• Foster a culture of high performance within the bank
• Prepare dashboards and presentations to update management on progress
• Oversee the budget for leadership programs
• Perform any other assignment as directed by the supervisor(s)
