You will be responsible for sending manual outreach emails, maintaining email quality, and following strategies that help maximize deliverability while minimizing spam.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Send *manual email* outreach campaigns to targeted prospects
* Create and edit professional email templates
* Follow email marketing best practices to improve deliverability
* Monitor spam-related issues and maintain sender reputation
* Organize prospect lists and maintain accurate outreach records
* Coordinate with the team regarding campaign progress
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in all email communications

*Required Skills & Qualifications**

* *Bachelor's degree (Completed)*
* *Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory)*
* Maximum **1 year of experience** in email marketing or a related role
* Good knowledge of email template creation
* Understanding of spam rate, email deliverability, and other technical aspects of email marketing
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

*Preferred Qualification**

* Experience with email automation tools is a plus.
