We're Hiring: Site Engineer (Civil)

BNB Consolidate is looking for a competent and proactive Baluchistan Local Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team and oversee the successful execution of construction projects in Baluchistan.

Location: Baluchistan Sites (Rotation Basis)
Salary: PKR 130,000 – 200,000
Education: BE Civil Engineering
Experience: minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Ensure work is executed in compliance with quality standards, client requirements, and Inspection & Testing Plans (ITPs).
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review engineering drawings, survey reports, and technical documents to support construction activities.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Verify work quantities and assist in material planning and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote safe work practices on site.
Willingness to work on rotation or at remote project locations as required.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good understanding of construction methodologies, surveying, and quality control procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of as-built drawings
