Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain project accounting ledgers and expenditure records
• Manage cash and petty-cash books
• Handle bank and assignment-account documentation and reconciliations
• Track approved PSDP releases, budget allocations, and expenditures
• Prepare financial utilization and management reports
• Assist in reconciling historical solar-component expenditures
• Verify completeness of EPC/consultancy invoices and financial documents
• Process authorized payroll, allowances, and office expenses
• Maintain vouchers, tax withholding records, and financial registers
• Support internal/external audit and financial reporting
• Ensure independent checks before transaction disbursement
