- Typing various documents including training manuals, JDs, SOPs, and policy documents
- Printing blood donor reports and appreciation certificates
- Maintaining detailed records of blood drives and donor registrations
- Tracking inventory levels and supplying motivational materials
- Photocopying and printing diverse documents for camp activities
- Sending posters and camp materials to event sites
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery and equipment
- Managing office consumables in HMIS
- Assisting with donor selection demographics and questionnaires at large camps
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and organizing outgoing mail
- Performing assigned tasks by blood center management
- Ensuring quality and compliance in routine tasks
- Preparing marketing materials for donor mobilization
- Coordinating with distribution for marketing collateral delivery
- Connecting with POCs for post-donation counseling arrangements
- Following up with donors and POCs for post-camp services
- Assisting POCs with queries regarding hospital procedures
- Repairing standees and preparing marketing performance sheets
- Maintaining a list of in-house reactive donors
- Calling reactive donors to collect reports for doctor's counseling
- Informing transfusion officers about post-camp counseling sessions via WhatsApp and text
- Managing active communication via WhatsApp groups and emails
- Arranging appointments for post-camp reactive donors with specialists
- Coordinating with different departments within Blood Transfusion Services and IHHN units
- Assisting the Senior Program Officer in planning and managing educational program budgets
- Establishing and maintaining records for program finances, student fees, and marketing budgets
- Organizing co-curricular activities for the education program
- Coordinating with operations, marketing, CRD, IT, and supply chain for educational events
- Managing employee rosters, leaves, and overtime for the education office
- Maintaining good relationships with Head Office and regional offices
- Ensuring continuous professional development in administration, communications, and data science
