• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bring structure to dynamic project environments
• Maintain clear lines of communication and proactively identify deviations
• Manage time, budget, risks, and quality (GROTIK) with timely adjustments
• Ensure project plans, quality, and risk documentation are consistently updated
• Monitor project progress and provide advice to project teams
• Analyze relevant information from other project and organizational units to derive integrated insights
• Translate operational data into actionable management information
• Collaborate with other advisors to deliver integrated project control advice
• Report to the Manager Project Control
• Advise projects on the development of project plans
