Skills

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
• Master's or Ph.D.
• In Epidemiology, Veterinary Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field
• MBA, Master in Project Management, or MPA preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating large-scale programs
• Knowledge of international animal health programs
• Familiarity with international standards and experience in disease surveillance
• Willingness to travel and proficiency in computer applications
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the implementation of the PSDP Project
• Strengthen Pakistan's national animal disease surveillance systems
• Enhance animal identification and traceability systems
• Ensure compliance with approved project objectives and national priorities
• Manage project resources effectively
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and government bodies
