• Timely, compliant, and transparent execution of transactions
• Collection, analysis, and assessment of entity/asset data
• Conducting and coordinating preliminary due diligence
• Preparation of analytical reports

• Formulation and implementation of transaction plans

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage approved privatization transactions end-to-end, ensuring timely, compliant, and transparent execution
• Collect, analyze, and assess data on assigned entities/assets, including ownership, financials, liabilities, legal standing, and operations
• Conduct and coordinate preliminary due diligence and prepare analytical reports in line with approved templates and procedures
• Develop and present transaction execution strategies, including in-house execution or engagement of Financial Advisors and consultants
• Evaluate and recommend optimal transaction structures, and review transaction structures proposed by appointed advisors
• Formulate and implement transaction plans with defined stages, activities, milestones, and timelines
• Prepare and coordinate key transaction documents such as Information Memorandums, bidding documents, SPAs, JVAs, and related agreements
• Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for the Privatisation Commission, CCoP, and other relevant forums
• Review Financial Advisor deliverables, track milestones, and recommend validation and payments
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documentation
• Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority
