Skills

• Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution
• At least 15 years of progressive relevant experience in hospitality, hotel management, business administration or related commercial operations, including at least 5 years as General Manager, Hotel Manager or equivalent senior operational leadership
• Demonstrated experience in commercially oriented hotel operations, including revenue, service quality, operating costs and overall business performance
• Airport, transit, high-volume F&B or comparable hospitality experience is an advantage
• Age: 40-55 years on the closing date; relaxation in the upper age limit may be considered in accordance with applicable policy and approval
• Must satisfy applicable fit-and-proper requirements under Section 16 read with Schedule IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the Airport Hotel and deliver approved business objectives and performance targets
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, banqueting, engineering / utilities, security and guest services
• Drive occupancy, revenue, market share, profitability and service excellence through revenue management, sales, marketing and business development
• Ensure sound asset stewardship, operational risk management, internal controls, safety, regulatory compliance and effective workforce management
• Maintain effective relationships with PIAHCL, the Board / management, regulators, owners, business partners and other stakeholders
