Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of financial transactions
• Compile MIS for financial transactions and analysis pertaining to international branches
• Ensure reconciliation of financial records and entries with counterpart banks
• Collect profit information from branches and ensure profit repatriation aligned with SBP Governance Framework
• Collect risk management reports from international branches for submission to SBP
• Collect placement, borrowings, and investment reports from branches
• Manage deals with international institutions and support external funding arrangements
• Compile, validate, and analyze monthly data from international branches for management dashboards
• Prepare presentations and reports using data analysis tools, PowerPoint, and dashboard models
• Handle queries from ministries, regulators, SBP, and other stakeholders related to FC Assignment Accounts
• Facilitate arrangement of NOC of SBP for local branches
• Ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations and maintain proper records
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisors
