• Ensure medication availability and formulary compliance in critical care operations
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness for JCI standards
• Educate and mentor pharmacy students, interns, and resident pharmacists
• Participate in Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and institutional committees
• Conduct research and scholarship to advance critical care pharmacy practice
