Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive record of financial transactions
  • Compile MIS for financial transactions and analyze data pertaining to international branches
  • Reconcile financial records, entries, and counterpart bank transactions
  • Collect profit information from branches and ensure profit repatriation according to SBP Governance Framework
  • Gather and compile Risk Management reports from international branches for submission to SBP
  • Collect placement reports from branches and compile them
  • Collect borrowings reports from branches and compile them
  • Collect investment reports from branches and compile them
  • Manage dealings with international institutions and support external funding arrangements
  • Compile, validate, and analyze monthly data from international branches
  • Maintain management dashboards
  • Prepare presentations and reports using data analysis tools, Power Point, and dashboard models
  • Handle queries from ministries, regulators, SBP, and other stakeholders regarding FC Assignment Accounts
  • Facilitate arrangement of NOC of SBP for local branches
  • Ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations
  • Maintain proper records
  • Execute any other assignment as assigned by supervisors
