Skills

• BS/BE in Computer Science/Electronics/Communication/Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 Years post qualification Experience in managing and monitoring IT networks/operations/cyber security/software development
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Understanding of L2/L3 protocols, TCP/IP, network security standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)
• Proficiency in operating systems, application software, system management tools, cloud computing, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization
• Ability to manage contracts, vendors, and IT procurements
• Familiarity with audit procedures and negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in database design and management, API integration

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor IT networks and systems
• Ensure network security and recommend solutions to mitigate risks
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and application software
• Monitor and test applications for optimized performance
• Manage helpdesk services and provide user guidance and support
• Handle contracts with vendors, including SLA and software licenses
• Manage IT procurements, including hardware analysis and RFP preparation
• Assess organizational current and future IT needs and suggest solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare RFPs, and conduct financial & technical analysis
• Prepare and manage contracts and documentation
• Perform audit procedures and prepare replies to audit observations
• Implement, monitor, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and organizational requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Utilize full-stack development skills using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, VB.NET, Python, Angular, React, and Flutter
• Gain practical experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Version Control (Git)
• Apply strong working knowledge of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies, automated testing tools, and SDLC practices
