• Participate in System Information (SI) construction and migration projects
• Integrate industrialization and security logic into new infrastructure projects
• Manage storage and backup-related infrastructure projects
• Oversee outsourced N1/N2 service providers
• Handle Level 3 incidents and user requests
• Write comprehensive technical documentation for projects and operations
• Collaborate with software tools, workstation, and application teams
• Work closely with outsourced IT service providers and internal client entities
• Engage in the full lifecycle of IT solutions, from conception to production
