Key Positions and Requirements:

• Chief Flight Instructor (CFI): Requiring ATPL/CPL with Instructor Rating, minimum 1500 flying hours, and a strong safety record.
• Captain (C208B): PCAA CPL(A) with type-rating endorsement, minimum 300 hours on C208B, and valid medical certificate.
• Chief Engineer: PCAA AME License holder, Bachelor's degree, minimum 25 years of experience, and PCAA Approved Manager certification.
• Aircraft Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience.
• Aircraft Technicians: Minimum FA/FSC/DAE, PCAA Qualified, with 15 years of civil infrastructure experience.
• Maintenance Planner / CAMO Officer: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning.
• Crew Chief / Flight Engineer: Minimum 15 years of Crew Chief/Flight Engineer experience, preferably on Handson experience in Air Ambulance operations.
• Flight Dispatcher: Education BA, Valid FOO Licence, and minimum 07 years' experience as a flight dispatcher.
• Store Keeper: Minimum FA/FSC/DAE with 3-5 years of relevant experience in aviation.
• Administrator VIP Lounge: Minimum MBA with 15 years of relevant experience in hospitality.
• Drivers: Valid HTV/LTV driving license with minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Helper: Middle/Matric (preferred) and physically fit.
• Sweeper: Physically fit and willing to work in operational environments.
