• Identify technical faults in building systems and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution
• Assist in troubleshooting BMS-related issues and ensure system stability
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities for BMS-controlled systems

• Monitor energy consumption through BMS and support implementation of energy conservation initiatives
