Available Positions:

  • Company Secretary: Requires a Master's in business/commerce or a Law degree, with 8-12 years of experience in a senior secretarial or governance role.
  • Assistant Manager Finance - Government Relations: Needs a Bachelor's (Hons) in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or CA Finalist/ICMA part-qualified/ACCA, with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Specialist Finance: Requires a Bachelor's (Hons) in Accounting/Finance or CA Finalist/ACCA, with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Management Associate Finance: Needs a Bachelor's (Hons) in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or a related discipline, with 0-2 years of experience.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2017, SECP regulations, corporate governance, donor compliance, and Board liaison
  • Thorough knowledge of IFRS
  • Strong understanding of Federal and Provincial tax regulations
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems from an operational perspective
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate secretarial duties and ensure compliance
  • Handle government relations and liaise with relevant bodies
  • Oversee financial operations and reporting
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations
  • Support project approvals and fund releases
