Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all clinical and non-clinical functions of the Institute
• Prepare the annual budget and business plan for Board presentation and approval
• Manage maintenance and development of ancillary services, including pharmacy, nursing, and materials management

• Ensure timely and appropriate management of patients and procurement planning
