General Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Retain existing sales volume and acquire new business accounts
  • Prepare and participate in POL proposals, quotations, RFQs and tenders
  • Demonstrate a culture of teamwork and responsibility
  • Ensure all customer queries and execution of POL supplies are made on time
  • Perform due diligence and necessary cross checks
  • Conduct regular field visits to customers
  • Prepare credit proposals and reconcile customer accounts
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare proposals for CFT
  • Negotiate and liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
  • To plan, organize, and supervise all phases of execution for timely development, upgradation, and maintenance of Retail Outlets and Consumer Sales Facilities
  • Coordinate with civil works carried out by Contractors
  • Verify and administer timely submission of Contractors' invoices
  • Coordinate with Head Office (Engineering Team) on ongoing construction works
  • Monitor construction activities and submit periodic bills, post-completion HSE audit checklists
  • Coordinate with Division Managers on day-to-day construction and civil works issues
  • Provide engineering support and supervision to Retail and Consumer Sales Outlets
  • Supervise and inspect civil engineering works
  • Review civil drawings, Bill of quantities (BOQs), Material take off (MTOs)
  • Ensure implementation of approved layouts, site levels, access roads, water drainage
  • Coordinate with utility agencies for electrical works, water disposal, and allied infrastructure
  • Participate in site handover, certification of Retail Outlets
  • Undertake any other task or functional assignment as may be assigned by the Management
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances with relevant stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners
  • Work closely with alliance partners to identify new products and services
  • Evaluate market trends and customer preferences
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of alliance partnerships
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential alliance opportunities
  • Support the deployment and operational execution of alliances
  • Prepare routine operational reports, dashboards, and analytical insights
  • Study local and global quick commerce solutions, emerging technologies and trends
  • Develop and execute quick commerce strategy to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Own P&L, sales forecasting, and quarterly business planning
  • Lead onboarding, product listing, catalog optimization, pricing, promotions, and visibility campaigns
  • Monitor stock availability, reduce out-of-stocks, and coordinate logistics for timely delivery
  • Ensure streamlined quick commerce operations and work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Track and analyze KPIs (GMV, AOV, fulfillment accuracy, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports
  • Identify data-driven insights to improve sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Collect industry data, prepare revenue projections and feasibilities, conduct data analysis and prepare presentations
