Key Job Positions and Requirements:

• Procurement Officer: Minimum 04-05 years of relevant experience in procurement, with a qualification of Intermediate/Graduation in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong market knowledge and negotiation skills are essential.
• HVAC Supervisor: Minimum 05-08 years of relevant experience in HVAC operations and maintenance, preferably in a club, hotel, or commercial building. DAE in Electrical or equivalent qualification is required.
• CCTV Technician: 02-03 years of relevant experience with expertise in CCTV installation, maintenance, and monitoring. Proficiency in networking and DVR/NVR configuration is necessary. DAE in Electrical or equivalent is the preferred qualification.
• Painter: 02-03 years of experience in painting and surface finishing, with familiarity in basic painting tools and techniques. Matric/under matric qualification is acceptable.
• Technical Helper/Mason/Labour: Minimum 02-03 years of relevant experience. A Diploma or certificate in a relevant technical discipline is preferred. Matric/under matric qualification is required.
• Ground Man (Riding & Polo Ground): Minimum 02-03 years of relevant experience as a Ground Man in a reputable organization or club.
