  • Head of Agency Sales (Life): Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in life insurance, including 7 years in a senior role and experience managing a large field force.
  • Head of Bancassurance Business: Needs a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 15 years of relevant bancassurance experience, including 7 years in a senior role, and team management experience with sizable banks or managing significant banca resources.
  • Head of Alternative/Affinity Business: A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, along with 10 years of relevant experience in life/Fintech, including 4 years in a senior role, and comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and POS.
  • National Sales Manager (Bancassurance): This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 10 years of relevant bancassurance experience, 4 years in a senior role, and experience managing sizable banks or banca resources.
