• Assist nursing staff with routine procedures within scope of practice
• Administer authorized medications as permitted
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in HMIS
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and transportation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Prepare medication requisitions and follow up with the pharmacy
• Evaluate patient needs and arrange for necessary supplies, medication, and labs
• Ensure appropriate availability and utilization of patient care supplies and equipment

• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
• Follow infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and PPE use
