Skills

• Examine and ensure the quality of flour supplies
• Prepare and manage dough for flatbread production
• Create chapatis, nan, parathas, and puris as per requirements
• Replenish ingredients during peak service times
• Report substandard ingredients or operational concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the chapati room
• Ensure safe and hygienic kitchen conditions
• Report damages, wastes, or theft to the supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect flour quality from the Food Store
• Prepare dough mixed according to production needs
• Make loaves of bread as per the production requirement
• Replenish adequate supplies during busy meal periods
• Handle and report substandard ingredients or leftovers to the duty supervisor
• Ensure the dough mixer and chapati room equipment are cleaned regularly
• Produce daily and next-day requirements of the cycle menu or special event needs
• Prepare chapatis, nan, paratha, and puri as directed
• Maintain the safety and hygienic condition of the chapati room
• Immediately report damages, wastes, and theft to the duty supervisor
• Report food safety complaints or problems to the immediate duty supervisor or cook team leader
• Perform all related tasks assigned by the duty supervisor
