Master's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a relevant HEc-recognized institution
At least 15 years of progressive relevant experience
At least 5 years as CEO, General Manager, or equivalent senior operational leadership, preferably in hospitality/hotel operations
Proven ability to lead commercially oriented operations with responsibility for business performance, revenue, service quality, and operational efficiency
Age: 45-55 years on the closing date
Must satisfy applicable fit-and-proper requirements under Section 16 read with Schedule IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023

Duties and Responsibilities:
