Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial strategy
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and laws
• Manage member billing, subscriptions, receivables, and recovery of outstanding dues
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and investments of Club funds and banking relationships
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls over F&B, rooms, stores, sports, and event revenues
• Liaise with external auditors and the Head of Internal Audit
• Ensure full tax compliance (income tax, sales tax on services, withholding) and all statutory filings
• Provide financial analysis and MIS reports to the CEO, Finance Committee, and Board
• Lead, develop, and supervise the Finance & Accounts team
