Skills

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide and monitor inpatient and outpatient clinical nutrition services
• Coordinate with physicians, dietitians, nursing, FSS, and other departments
• Develop and implement nutrition-related SOPs, policies, guidelines, and patient education materials
• Monitor therapeutic diets, enteral/TPN nutrition, and patient outcomes
• Conduct nutrition training for dietitians, interns, residents, and healthcare staff
• Ensure compliance with departmental, hospital, and quality standards
• Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Participate in clinical rounds, research, quality improvement, and health-promotion activities
• Manage procurement and approved nutrition supplements/products
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Perform other duties assigned by the HOD

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical nutrition care through patient assessment, individualized diet plans, counseling, and nutrition consultations
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with clinical nutrition standards and hospital policies
• Coordinate effectively with physicians, nursing, dietitians, and other healthcare staff
• Support clinical nutrition operations, on-call duties, and assigned tasks
