Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, croissants, and desserts
• Handle cake decoration and chocolate work
• Maintain food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Produce high-quality bakery items with consistent taste and presentation
• Supervise the kitchen stewarding team
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards of the kitchen
• Manage staff schedules and daily operations
• Lead and manage a kitchen section (e.g., Grill, Hot Kitchen, Pastry)
• Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes
• Assist in daily kitchen operations
