• Organize monthly coordination meetings with community leaders, youth champions, government representatives, and public influencers
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain accurate record-keeping, conduct real-time surveys, and collect community feedback
• Identify, document, and submit one success story or champion family case per month to highlight community impact and promote vaccine uptake
• Collect real-time data and share monthly analysis, including people reached, feedback trends, and visual reports in the form of infographics, with the supervisor
• Must be a resident of the assigned Union Council and possess a sound understanding of local community dynamics
• Responsible for own travel within the Union Council for all field activities, including household visits, community meetings, and coordination tasks
