How to Apply for Consultant:

Step 1: Obtain Terms of Reference (TORs) - Visit the office of the General Manager (Works) at Fauji Foundation Head Office, Rawalpindi. Submission of a written request/application is required.
Step 2: Pay TOR Fee - A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/- must be paid in the shape of a Bank Draft/Pay Order favoring Fauji Foundation Head Office, Rawalpindi.
Step 3: Prepare Proposals - Develop both Technical and Financial proposals for the subject work.
Step 4: Submit Proposals - Drop the proposals in two separate envelopes, clearly marked as 'Financial' and 'Technical', at the office of the undersigned by 1100 hours on 24 August 2026.
Step 5: Technical Proposal Opening - Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. The date and time for the opening of Financial Offers will be communicated later after the scrutiny of technical proposals.
Eligibility: Consultants/firms already pre-qualified and registered with Fauji Foundation are eligible to submit their financial and technical proposals.
