Skills

• Demonstrate explicit qualification and experience in performing the assignment

• Possess corporate capacity with at least 10 years of experience in the same business

• Have prior experience in the power/energy sector (preferred)
• Demonstrate logistical capacity
• Provide evidence of having technically qualified staff
• Ensure no conflict of interest with existing third-party assessors

• Conduct a Third-Party Assessment Review of Human Resource Rightsizing in Power Sector Entities
• Perform a Financial (Tariff) Impact Analysis related to Human Resource Rightsizing
• Identify redundant positions and propose corrections
• Address cadre and grade mismatches
• Rationalize establishment costs across the public sector
