• Coordinate rabies training, workshops, webinars, and seminars, managing all logistical aspects from registration to certification
• Maintain comprehensive training records and assessments, preparing detailed evaluation reports
• Assist in the development and updating of training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Organize awareness campaigns and community outreach events, including World Rabies Day celebrations
• Support rabies-related research activities, including study planning, literature reviews, and data analysis
• Liaise effectively with IHHN hospitals, government bodies, academic institutions, and partner organizations
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and briefing notes, monitoring project plans and timelines
• Coordinate travel arrangements and procurement requests as needed
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor
