• Strong knowledge of credit operations
• Proficiency in core banking systems
• Familiarity with LCs / BGs and related trade operations
• Basic understanding of database management systems
• Familiarity with data analysis tools

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily loan account transactions
• Monitor post-disbursement activities
• Issue balance confirmation certificates
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers
• Handle LTFF / ERF processing
• Coordinate with Business Groups
• Process payments related to Muccadam, evaluators, lawyers
• Provide operational support for settlements
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s)
• Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for Senior Management
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, correspondence, and official documents
• Maintain organized filing systems, trackers, dashboards, and MIS data
• Support MIS processes, including data collection, validation, system coordination, and reporting
• Automate and streamline reporting using Excel and MIS tools
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards
