  • Provide complete management for all MICU and MHDU patients
  • Oversee airway and ventilatory support, sedation, analgesia, and vasopressors/inotropes in MICU
  • Manage NIV/airway support/Intubation in MHDU and MICU
  • Perform Central lines, DL catheters, Art
  • Line, Femoral sheath, and LP procedures in MICU and MHDU
  • Lead emergency response for cardiac arrest, arrhythmias, shock, and serve as Team Lead for the Rapid Response Team
  • Utilize Clinical & Point Of Care Ultrasound for fluid balance management in MICU
  • Assume administrative duties as shift supervisor, ensuring effective communication with hospital staff and medical officers
  • Maintain patient and family counselling
