  • Ensure adherence to all food safety and health regulations and standards
  • Adhere to policies and procedures for patient meals, cafeteria, catering, and kitchen operations
  • Facilitate food safety & hygiene regulatory compliance audits and internal audits
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and participate in budget management
  • Support menu planning and catering, ensuring dietary requirements and nutritional standards are met
  • Resolve patients, attendants, and staff complaints and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Act as a liaison with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and medical staff
  • Support security protocols and ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and secure
  • Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor or management
