Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of JCIA accreditation and quality improvement initiatives
  • Conduct quality audits, tracers, and compliance reviews across clinical and support departments
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on clinical practices, operational processes, incident reporting, and environmental factors from a patient safety perspective
  • Coordinate quality improvement projects and monitor implementation of corrective actions
  • Analyze quality indicators, KPIs, and audit results to identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist in developing institutional policies, SOPs, and quality documentation
  • Facilitate staff training and awareness sessions on quality, patient safety, and accreditation standards
  • Support risk management activities, including incident reporting, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions
  • Prepare quality reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for management review
