• * Experience in preparing tender documentation and conducting technical/economic comparisons

Duties and Responsibilities:

• * Ensure all project designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations
• * Collaborate with clients to define and prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS)
• * Meet project timelines and quality objectives as directed by the project manager or client
