- Educational Background: A minimum of 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Information Security, Telecommunications, Electronics, or other relevant ICT fields from an HEC-recognized national or international university is essential. Candidates with strong technical experience and related academic backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
- Professional Experience: Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in managing large-scale IT, Telecom, or digital infrastructure operations. This includes hands-on exposure to network architecture, cloud environments, IP services, cybersecurity, and data center systems. Crucially, at least 5 years of this experience should be in a leadership capacity, encompassing technical strategy, infrastructure planning, operations management, policy engagement, or technology leadership within telecom operators, large enterprises, cloud providers, or public sector ICT organizations.
- Additional Advantage: Experience with government regulations, procurement procedures, PPRA requirements, and public sector digital initiatives will be a distinct advantage for this role.
