- Schedule and plan shipment to hospitals in a timely manner
- Maintain cold chain for blood products during transportation
- Hand over containers to drivers and receive containers back at the Blood Centre after delivery
- Charge Eutectic Plates and ensure transport boxes are clean and ready for use
- Extract and save data from temperature data loggers to monitor shipment conditions
- Perform daily route planning to optimize delivery schedules
- Communicate effectively, focusing on customer service in routine operations and emergencies
- Report all unresolved problems promptly to higher authorities for appropriate action
- Ensure cleaning, maintenance, and readiness of transport containers
- Maintain Total Quality Management in day-to-day operations by adhering to American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) Standards and internal procedures
