Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting and analysis
• Handle administrative tasks and support supervisory officers
• Provide secretarial duties including shorthand and typing
• Perform driving duties and ensure road safety compliance
• Undertake cleaning, sweeping, and hygiene tasks
• Handle multiple requests and deadlines effectively
• Present results of analysis to management
• Operate electronic spreadsheets efficiently
• Adapt to changing priorities and extended work hours
