Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in enumerator training on survey tools, sampling procedures and ethical protocols
- Conduct household interviews with Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRA), Pregnant/Lactating Women, and Adolescents (15–19 years)
- Hospital assessment teams will conduct similar assessments on services availability and demand & supply in the selected healthcare facilities
- Follow approved sampling plan and household selection procedures
- Ensure interviews are conducted in a private and respectful setting
- Apply skip logic and validation checks during digital data collection
- Record GPS coordinates and metadata for each interview
- Submit completed digital questionnaires daily via KOBO
- Report challenges including non-response, refusals or inconsistencies
- Participate in daily debriefings with field supervisors
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of respondent information
