Skills

• Previous experience in household surveys, baseline studies, Healthcare facilities assessment, or research projects, especially in the health, SRH, and MNCH fields

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in rural and remote field locations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in enumerator training on survey tools, sampling procedures and ethical protocols
• Conduct household interviews with Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRA), Pregnant/Lactating Women, and Adolescents (15–19 years)
• Hospital assessment teams will conduct similar assessments on services availability and demand & supply in the selected healthcare facilities
• Follow approved sampling plan and household selection procedures
• Ensure interviews are conducted in a private and respectful setting
• Apply skip logic and validation checks during digital data collection
• Record GPS coordinates and metadata for each interview
• Submit completed digital questionnaires daily via KOBO
• Report challenges including non-response, refusals or inconsistencies
• Participate in daily debriefings with field supervisors
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of respondent information
