Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven insights to support business growth, portfolio management etc
• Analyze credit portfolio trends, profitability and sectoral exposure to identify growth opportunities and risk concentrations
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely business performance dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for senior leadership
• Support proactive risk management by providing analytical inputs on asset quality, early warning indicators and portfolio stress testing
• Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting etc
• For making timely decisions
• Lead the formulation and implementation of CIBG's business strategies in alignment with overall organizational goals
• Monitor financial and operational performance across centers / divisions, identify gaps and recommend strategic actions for improvement
• Evaluate market trends, competitor's strategies, and emerging opportunities to support informed business decisions
• Drive key strategic initiatives, transformation programs and business development projects to achieve growth objectives
• Collaborate with Business Heads and Senior Management to ensure alignment of CIBG's strategies with the Bank's overall direction
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
